History Montgomery Township Volunteer Fire Company #1, was founded in 1939. We reside in our third fire house, starting out in one of the Belle Mead Garage's bays, then moving to our home on Route 206, and now happily living on Griggstown Road. We do take pride in where we came from, and this is a way to share some of it with you!
